Get money on the card without written applications and providing documents.

RETURN CONDITIONS

According to the legislation of the European Union, refunds for tickets to spectacular events are made by the organizer and only in case of cancellation of the event.

Concert.eu makes a refund if the organizer has provided the appropriate authorization, as well as the required amount of funds.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The client applies to Сoncert.eu with a request through his personal account using the link . To return you need:

• In the "My tickets" section, select the order that needs to be canceled;
• In the upper right corner, click on the three dots and select "Return tickets".

A personal account is created automatically, authorization takes place at the e-mail address that was specified when placing the order. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot your password?" form.

Funds are returned automatically to the card used to pay for the ticket order.

RULES FOR ENROLLMENT OF FUNDS

1. Fees for Concert.eu services and the cost of additional services are not refundable.
2. Refunds are made exclusively in non-cash form to a card account up to 30 days from the moment of cancellation of the order.
3. Partial return of tickets from the order is not carried out.
4. Only the buyer whose data is specified in the order can apply for a refund.
